    • Manage the Veeva, PALs, and other system alignments related to PRC
    • Manage documentation related to end-user training including work practices, SOPs, training documentation, and system instructions
    • Effectively prioritize during times of high volume , National sales meetings, product launches, POA’s, commercial training and other commercial events - balancing competing objectives to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget 
    • Partner with regulatory affairs and regulatory operations to ensure 2253/OPDP submissions are complete prior to use of promotional material
    • Establish and manage a business plan for the Marketing Operations group, reflecting clear alignment with the Commercial organization’s strategic priorities
    • Establish, direct and allocate headcount and financial resources within Marketing Operations to appropriately support the Commercial organization’s objectives
    • Work with sales personnel, HCPs, and partners to monitor ongoing performance of the overall brand and develop strategies for removing barriers and effectively educating customers through conventions and speaker programs
    • Conducts regular functional review with brand teams to align strategic priorities with tactics to ensure/improve effective execution of Marketing strategy, including a functional “health check”


    Scope of position:

    • Lead Promotional Review committee support services team in compliance with the Advertising and Promotion Standard Operating Procedures
    • Lead and develop a staff of 7 with accountability across all U.S. businesses of Bausch Health.
    • Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing through frequent communication and interaction to understand needs and optimize the effectiveness of the Marketing Operations group in operationally supporting the Commercial organization; ultimately evolve the function to strategic partner status with brand teams
    • Manage the technology and operations required to support the commercial demand, anticipating needs, communicating to all levels of the organization, and influencing without authority.


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or other relevant degree
    • 10-15 years Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing management experience

    The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter, who can work independently and creatively, but is also a team player, championing ideas and supporting others to achieve goals.  This candidate will be an effective communicator with the ability to present confidently to large audiences, and must be organized and logical while having the flexibility to change direction as business requires.  This candidate must also be able to prioritize activities and workload, taking a systematic approach to addressing issues, and quickly identify key issues, making appropriate judgments when discussing marketing plans & goals by using quantitative data.

    • Excellent understanding of regulatory, legal and medical requirements for pharmaceutical marketing

    • Strong oral and written communication skills; demonstrated group presentation development and delivery
    • Comfort with the usage and application of technology
